Rowdy has turned into an attack bird!!!!!!!

Our black headed caique is turning into a man hater.  While he is loving to females he has increasingly gotten aggresive towards males.  Our neighbor who has never been mean to him has been attacked by Rowdy on several occasions.  He nearly pierced his ear on an aerial attack a couple weeks ago.  We are having to restrict his movements around people/males which seems to have just made him worse.  In the meantime his roommate, Sweet Pea, is still a sweetheart that loves people.

Looks like that's it then. Is Rowdy definitely a male? Do you think he's trying to protect Sweetpea?
My Jabba is a female and can't stand women. Being a nice placid Pi means she'll only bite them if they get near her rather than a more proactive Caique who seeks them out to destroy. But I can't see her ever changing her ways. she's just terratorial and possessive. Not much I can do about it except keep women away from her. You may have to do the same for Rowdy and men.
